At Boho by the Water, we created a place with inspirations from our backgrounds and our lives and with the intention to create a place where anyone walking into the door will feel the warmth and rejuvenating feeling that the lively colors, natural wood finishes and every detail of the design were meant to arouse.

Call it Bohemian, Boho, Gipsy, Hippie, Darvish, or Sufi inspired; they all represent the same essence, style and even mindset, just labeled differently by different cultures. Inspired by these styles and with a free spirit, oneness with nature, rejuvenation and cultural awareness in mind, we created and present to you our Boho by the Water.
At our BohoPad's, we created a place with inspirations from our backgrounds and our lives and with the intention to create a place where anyone walking into the door will feel the warmth and rejuvenating feeling that the lively colors, natural wood finishes and every detail of the design were meant to arouse.
If you are a visitor to Charlotte or Surrounding area from out of town, or even if you live a few minutes away but want a mini vacation minutes away from home, come be our guest at one of our BohoPad's and experience the bliss and rejuvenation we’ve tried so hard to capture.
The Space:
Perfect private neighborhood lake setting with dock and fishing for quaint family get togethers and getaways. Offering sleeping for up to 11 and a relaxing setting with a private dock to fish off and outdoor seating to enjoy nature and surroundings.

We do all we can on our end to make sure from booking, through stay and at checkout, our guests get the best and most personal attention and a wonderful experience at our place.
In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules.
* NO SMOKING inside the house, no exceptions please!
* NO WEAPONS on or inside the property.
* NO FIREWORKS that are not permitted in North Carolina.
WE WELCOME WELL BEHAVED PETS - BACK YARD IS FENCED IN - PLEASE MESSAGE US ABOUT A PET STAYING AT THE PROPERTY WITH THE FAMILY FOR APPROVAL.
PET CLEANING FEE WILL APPLY.
WE WELCOME FAMILY AND FRIENDS GETTING TOGETHER AT OUR PLACE FOR SMALL CELEBRATIONS, PARTIES AND EVENTS. PLEASE CONTACT US TO DISCUSS EVENT PLANS BEFORE BOOKING NIGHTS. BOOKING RATES DIFFER DEPENDING ON EVENT.
ANY BREAKING OF HOUSE RULSE WILL BE DOCUMENTED AND PRESENTED TO AIRBNB AS PART OF CANCELATION OF BOOKING AND $0 REFUND POLICY FOR VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES.
